Joel and Liz have completed the curriculum for both the Graduated Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®). Liz is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and the Employee Relocation Council. Joel is a member of the Texas Land Institute. Liz and Joel are both members of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors, and the San Antonio Board of Realtors.

Penelope Koehler lives in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX. Penny has been in the insurance industry since 1988 and became a Realtor® in November 2008. She attended the University of Texas @ San Antonio as well as Our Lady of the Lake, and studied psychology and business. Penny is committed to professional and upstanding service.

Brian Jenkins was born in Paola Kansas and made San Antonio his home in 1969. Brian has his Bachelor's degree in English from UTSA, where he also completed the teacher certification program. Prior to attending UTSA, he served in the US Army for 6 years. He also worked at USAA for over 16 years. Brian and his 20+ years of customer service is an asset to the Voss Group.
