Liz Voss has 9 years experience in real estate. She is a member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Liz is a graduate from the University of Incarnate Word completing her BBA in Business Management. Liz has successfully attained her Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR) and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations. Liz is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and the Employee Relocation Council (ERC).

Joel has also attained his Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR®) and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations. He is a member of the Texas Land Institute along with the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®. Joel graduated from TLU with a major in kinseology, and is active in St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Men's ACTS along with the Knights of Columbus.

Penny lives in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX. Penny has been in the insurance industry since 1988 and became a REALTOR® in November 2008. She attended the University of Texas @ San Antonio as well as Our Lady of the Lake, and studied psychology and business. Penny is committed to professional and upstanding service.
