Why do I need Liz Voss as my Realtor® to buy a home?

 

Q. How much do I have to pay you for your real estate services?

 A. Nothing! I collect a portion of the listing agent’s commission via an agreement with them, which is found in your purchase contract. You will never pay me a penny – guaranteed!

 

Q. What can you do as my Realtor® that I can’t do on my own?

A. I have access to many resources as a Realtor® such as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which allows me access to every home available for sale by a real estate company in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Boerne, Alamo Heights, and surrounding areas. I will handle everything for your home purchase from the beginning of the offer to the closing of the sale. The most difficult responsibility you with have, will be that of having to pick your home.  I am also aware of our growing market and keep up to date with market trends, in order to help my buyers make a sound decision on one of life’s biggest investments – your home.  

 

Q. Do I need you to be my Realtor® if I decide to build a new home?

A. Yes. The sales people at the builder’s sales office work for the builder.  By having me as your Realtor®, the builder knows you have representation, which will allow me to communicate with the construction supervisor and sales people in regards to your home building process. You will have me looking out for your best interests, and not that of the builders’.

 

Q. Doesn’t the price of a new construction home go up if I use you as my Realtor®?

A. No. The sales price is already set according to the floor plan you want, just have the builder’s sales rep show you a list of sales prices for the homes- they have it available for all to see.

 

Q. What services do you provide to your buyers?

A.  Immediate notification of available homes, explanation and negotiation of your contract, assistance with your home inspections, appraisal, survey, loan, home insurance,24/7 availability. Let’s not forget knowledge and professionalism that sets the standard for service.

 

Q. What is a Realtor®

A. A Realtor® is a licensed real estate professional bound to a code of ethics. Not every real estate sales person is a Realtor®. Real estate education is a requirement as well as a State and National comprehensive exam.
